The idea

A live bite map for Latvia — like Waze or gdebenz.ru, but for fishing: someone marks "biting here", everyone sees the current picture. Gamification and report reputation on top. Founders: Piotr (product) + Konstantins Kravchenko (domain expert, Russian-speaking).

Target user: the serious amateur ("middle pro") — not tournament pros, not once-a-year picnickers. In Latvia that's roughly the ~55k annual-card buyers with smartphones (honest market numbers).

The core thesis (everything follows from this)

GdeBENZ works because fuel info is non-rival — reporting costs the reporter nothing. A fishing spot is a rival good: поделился — потерял. Every app that tried Waze-style live spot reports hit this wall (competitors, secret spots).

Therefore:
- The public real-time layer runs on non-rival data: ice safety, conditions, access, regulations, waterbody-level aggregate activity, honest conditions forecast.
- Precise spots are the gated exception: coarse by default, delayed, private circles, give-to-get.
- Gamification rewards honesty and helpfulness — never coordinates.

Positioning in one line

The hub for Latvian anglers: everything you need before a trip (can I fish here? what are conditions? is the ice safe? where is activity?) — built as a router over open state data + our own crowd layer, bilingual LV+RU from day one, community data free forever.
